Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days after payment has been verified. Items will be shipped to the address provided, unless otherwise stated. FedEx/UPS available at an additional cost, as well as delivery confirmation and insurance.
The owner is not responsible for shipping damages. Please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx to resolve issues. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges: refunds, returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds/returns/exchanges must be done within 3 business days of delivery/pickup.
