What type of services can be used in the Retainer program?

RETAINER PACKAGES INCLUDE:

• Graphic Design: ex. Promotional images, typographic treatments, t-shirt designs, etc.
• Print Materials: ex. Flyers, brochures, press kits, line sheets, etc.
• Digital Materials: ex. Social media graphics, blog banners, eBook covers, and layout, etc.
• Website Updates & Maintenance: ONLY for customers who have websites with Queen K Designs. Content and graphics changes, product updates, platform or plugin updates, and general web maintenance.

RETAINER PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Full Website Design: If you need a new website designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
• New Logo Design: If you need new business, product, or project logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
• Expenses: Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, web hosting purchases, and printing.
• Services do not include additional costs like stock photography & printing. Additional services are available upon request.
